All customers who have already got their mobile number registered in the Global Smart application can get the information regarding balance of their account, mini statement, mobile top up, credit card statement, loan enquiry and information by just giving missed call to predefined numbers.

Process: The processes carried out by the customer for Missed Call banking are as follows:
 
Customer gives miss call to dedicated number to access specified feature as mentioned above from any mobile set.
After First ring, the call gets automatically disconnected.
The SMS is delivered to the customer instantly as per the SMS format of each feature
